The chairman disqualified both of them.<\/p>\n<p>The two legislators approached high court and challenged the decision of the chairman. They claimed that they never joined Congress party.<\/p>\n<p>One of them said that he was nominated by Governor and hence the party affiliations are not applicable to them.
