Sikri and Justice Siddharth Mridul directed the CAG to give the report by July 16. The direction came on a petition filed by the parents association challenging the city government\u2019s decision to allow private unaided schools to hike tuition and development fees.<\/p>\n<p>Ashok Aggarwal, counsel for the parents\u2019 association,submitted that the CAG report suggested that many of these schools diverted the funds for commercial purposes.
