The court directed that the fine will be paid to the survivor.<\/p>\n<p>According to lawyer Dinesh Kumar Sharma, the girl&#8217;s mother had filed a complaint alleging that the accused raped her daughter when she had gone to her parents&#8217; home on July 7, 2016.<\/p>\n<p>The woman had also alleged that her father-in-law, mother-in-law and brother-in-law supported the accused and did not take any step to prevent him from commit the crime, Sharma said, adding that the court had acquitted them for lack of evidence.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>A special court here on Monday sentenced a man to 10-year imprisonment for raping his 14-year-old daughter.
