Posted as District &amp; Sessions Judge at Pathankot earlier, Tejwinder Singh had conducted trial in the Jan 2018 gangrape &amp; murder case of an eight-year-old girl in Kathua.<\/p>\n<p>He was transferred in December last year &amp; is now presiding officer in the Industrial Tribunal, Jalandhar. Tejwinder Singh is high on the seniority list &amp; his name falls in the zone of consideration for elevation as a HC Judge by the virtue of his seniority.<\/p>\n<p>The Pathankot court on June 10 last year had convicted six of the seven accused in the rape &amp; murder case.
