The Offer included a reservation of up to 6,500,000 equity shares aggregating to INR 49.4 crores for purchase by eligible employees of the Company.<\/p>\n
This is India\u2019s first unicorn to list on the stock exchanges and one of the largest digital economy companies to list in India. The deal is positioned to lead the way for other e-commerce, digital economy and technology-oriented companies to explore listing in India.<\/p>\n
