The Transaction was led by&nbsp;<strong>Nagavalli G<\/strong>, Partner; with support from&nbsp;<strong>Ayushi Mishra,&nbsp;<\/strong>Senior Associate.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>As a part of the Series B funding transaction<\/strong>, Ayu Health issued and allotted Compulsorily Convertible Preference Shares (CCPS) and equity shares, by way of preferential allotment on a private placement basis, for an aggregate investment amount of INR 161,69,65,644 crore. Simultaneously, the existing shareholders of Ayu Health transferred certain equity shares for an aggregate purchase consideration of INR 3,03,90,840 crore.
