The proposed fresh issue showcases a notable step in the company\u2019s expansion journey and its entry into the larger public-market investor base.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The transaction was led by<strong> Vinayak Burman, Founder and Managing Partner, Vertices Partners, with Partner Vishal Mehta and Associate Darshan Chheda also advising on the engagement.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Vinayak Burman, Founder and Managing Partner, VERTICES PARTNERS<\/strong>, said, \u201c<em>We are pleased to have advised our long-standing clients, the Promoters and Promoters Group of Glass Wall Systems, on this proposed IPO. They were supported by Principal Associate Sanjeev Chowdhary and Senior Associate Vanshika Chaudhry.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The book running lead managers (BRLMs), IIFL Capital Services Limited and Motilal Oswal Investment Advisors Limited, were represented by JSA Advocates &amp; Solicitors.
