Thakur that use of highly derogatory words for describing women was not expected from the judges of the apex court.<\/p>\n<p>The additional solicitor general said she will move the court for expunging the word in a judgment the bench delivered Thursday.<\/p>\n<p>In its judgment Thursday, the bench said that not all live-in arrangements entitle women to maintenance under the Protection of Women from Domestic Violence Act, 2005.<\/p>\n<p>&#8216;If a man has a &#8216;keep&#8217;, whom he maintains financially and uses her mainly for sexual purpose and\/or as a servant, it would not, in our opinion, be a relationship in the nature of marriage,&#8217; the judges observed.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Additional Solicitor General Indira Jaisingh Friday took exception to the use of word &#8216;keep&#8217; in a Supreme Court judgment.
