Sudarshan and TV actress Rakhi Sawant have one thing in common. They have all been dragged to court in Madhya Pradesh.<\/p>\n<p>Cases were filed against the two Congress leaders for comparing the Hindu rightwing Rashtriya Swayamsevak Sangh (RSS) with the Students Islamic Movement of India (SIMI) and Lashkar-e-Taiba in Indore Tuesday.<\/p>\n<p>RSS activist Mukesh Pedwa filed a case under Section 500 and 153 of the Indian Penal Code in the court of first class judicial magistrate D.K. Singh against the Congress leaders, said his lawyer Minesh Pandey. When it was banned, it floated another organisation called the Jamat-ud-Dawa, and continued to operate under a different name.&#8217; Similarly, a ban on the RSS is no solution, he said.<\/p>\n<p>In a different incident, Indore resident Sailendra Divedi filed a petition in the court of first class judicial magistrate Brajesh Goyal against former RSS chief K.S. Sudarshan for his widely-condemned remarks against Congress chief Sonia Gandhi.<\/p>\n<p>&#8216;Sudarshan&#8217;s remarks not only harm national integrity but also insult the women of our country,&#8217; said Divedi. In this case, the court set Dec 13 as the hearing date.<\/p>\n<p>A case was also filed against television actress Rakhi Sawant, her show &#8216;Rakhi ka Insaaf&#8217; and Imagine TV in Indore. Kishore Murmat petitioned the court of first class judicial magistrate Bhupender Nakwal.
