An apex court bench of Justice Altamas Kabir and Justice Cyriac Joseph issued the notice after senior counsel Rohinton Nariman told the court that an important question of law was involved in the matter.<\/p>\n<p>The petition by Gopala Krishana Belur and six others has challenged their disqualification by the speaker and the Karnataka High Court&#8217;s Oct 29 decision to uphold it.<\/p>\n<p>The legislators attracted disqualification after they met Governor H.R.
