The bench comprising Justices AM Kapadia and BN Mehta admitted the petition of Shaukatullah Ghori. The hearing on Ghori&#8217;s bail application is scheduled for Jan 12, 2011.<\/p>\n<p>Ghori was arrested in July 2009 from Hyderabad airport. He is suspected of providing support to two terrorists involved in the attack.<\/p>\n<p>A designated Prevention of Terrorism Act court earlier rejected Ghori&#8217;s bail application.<\/p>\n<p>The two terrorists &#8211; Murtuza Hafiz Yasin and Ashraf Ali Mohammed Farooq &#8211; were killed during the attack on the temple in Gandhinagar Sep 24, 2002.<\/p>\n<p>They opened fire and lobbed hand grenades during the attack, killing 32 people and injuring more than 80 others.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>The Gujarat High Court on Monday admitted a bail plea filed by an accused in the 2002 Akshardham Temple terror attack.
