Jayachandran in the Queen&#8217;s Baton Relay scam.<\/p>\n<p>Justice Hima Kohli adjourned the matter after the argument was concluded by defence counsel R.K. Handoo.<\/p>\n<p>Jayachandran, joint director (finance) in the OC, was arrested Nov 21, 2010 for making questionable payments to Indian-owned London-based private firm AM Car and Van Hire Limited during the Queen&#8217;s Baton Relay function in London.<\/p>\n<p>The high court Friday granted bail to another CWG official T.S.
