Besides, the common man is getting harassed for the last many months and his right to life has been badly hit by this,&#8221; petitioner Arvind Thakur, a lawyer and chairman of NGO Global Human Rights Council (GHRC), told.<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;The UPA is not doing anything to control this situation,&#8221; he said.<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;We have filed a petition against Sonia Gandhi because her (Congress) party&#8217;s policies are responsible for this glitch.
