Saini told the court.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cThe Talwars did not cooperate in the investigation and the CBI did not find any substantial evidence. Hence, it had no option but to submit the closure report.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Saini requested the court to accept the closure report.<\/p>\n<p>Rajesh Talwar\u2019s lawyer Satish Tamta requested the court not to accept the CBI plea to close the case.<\/p>\n<p>He said the investigating agency \u201chad not submitted the complete facts and evidence before the court\u201d.<\/p>\n<p>Aarushi has been brutally killed and Talwars\u2019 servant Hemraj was also murdered, he said.<\/p>\n<p>Talwars\u2019 lawyer said hence they were the \u201caggrieved party\u201d. \u201cSo, the closure report should not be accepted.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>The lawyer said a low count DNA test should be conducted for the finger prints found on the wall.<\/p>\n<p>Aarushi, 14, was found murdered under mysterious circumstances in her parents\u2019 Jalvayu Vihar apartment in Noida, May 16, 2008.
