We are in talks with the home ministry now.&#8217;<\/p>\n<p>Verma was speaking on the sidelines of a consultation on rising number of crime cases against women in the capital.<\/p>\n<p>Stressing the need to hasten setting up of such courts for speedy trial, National Commission for Women (NCW) chairperson Girija Vyas said: &#8216;Stringent punishment of the culprit and trial of rape cases in fast track courts is very important if we want to reduce crime cases against women.&#8217;<\/p>\n<p>Agreeing with the demand, Sandeep Goel, joint commissioner of police, said: &#8216;I completely agree that such cases, especially gangrape, should be tried in fast track courts.
