Now it\u2019s in the court\u2019s hands,\u201d Talwar\u2019s lawyer Rebecca John told in Delhi.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cI would not comment on the merits of the case as the case is subjudice,\u201d John added.<\/p>\n<p>Special Judicial Magistrate Preeti Singh had ordered Feb 9 that the Talwars be charged with murder, destruction of evidence and criminal conspiracy.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cWe are definitely taken aback by the order.
