She alleged that the arbitrary policy of St. Stephen&#8217;s College barred her from taking admission to an under-graduation course in the economics stream in 2010.<\/p>\n<p>Jalnidh Kaur obtained 94 percent marks in Class 12 examination but failed to qualify for admission to St. Stephen&#8217;s College by 0.2 percent.<\/p>\n<p>Thereafter, she went for re-evaluation of her answer sheets which resulted in an increase in her marks, making her eligible for admission to the college.
