In the mean time, further proceedings in Kotwali P.S.

Case No. 733 of 2006 (G.R. No. 3394 of 2006) pending before the

Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Bhagalpur shall remain stayed subject to

the condition that charges have not been framed in this case.
