The Bombay High Court on Tuesday directed industrialist Atulya Mafatlal’s estranged wife Sheetal, his mother Madhuri, brother Ajay and sister Gayatri Zaveri to appear before it and resolve their disputes by apologising to each other.
A division bench of Justices V M Kanade and P D Kode summoned them after it was informed that while Atulya Mafatlal, his children Marushka and Varun, and sister Kunti Shah have settled their dispute, no settlement has been arrived at between the socialite and other family members.
The high court had in October last year appointed senior advocate Rafiq Dada as mediator for resolving dispute between Sheetal and the Mafatlal family and had stayed all the criminal proceedings initiated by the family members against each other.
