The Commission said Rs 30 lakh would be paid as compensation for the death of Prabha Tripathi(60) due to medical negligence and deficiency in service, while Rs 20 lakh for the wrong treatment.

The judges also asked the petitioner to pay back all the reimbursement, they availed from IFFCO for treatment of Prabha Tripathi after they receive the compensation amount.
