The Delhi High Court today reserved its order on a plea seeking direction to Centre to define its policy on medical treatment given to poor children at a hospital after an RTI revealed that over 10,000 children have died between years 2008 to 2012 due to lack of facility.
“We consider your submission and will pass the order,” a bench of Chief Justice G Rohini and Justice R S Endlaw said.
