A Division bench of the Gauhati High Court today directed Assam Chief Secretary to constitute a committee to take short/long term measures on the issues of traffic congestion of Guwahati.
The Division Bench of Chief Justice Abhoy Manohar Sapre and Justice A K Goswami after hearing a PIL directed that the committee submit a concrete plan to tackle the traffic woes of the city within two months.
