Bihar Institute of Law (BIL), Patna was established in 1984 by Law Society of Bihar. The Institute is recognized by the Magadh University in whose jurisdiction the Institute imparts Law degree courses. The Bar Council of India has granted affiliation to this Institute from 1984 and onwards. The main aim is to impart multi dimensional legal education. Its goal was to prepare students for the diverse world of litigation, law, corporate firms and research as well as to fulfill the legal expectation of people of Bihar.
