Sir,It will be great favour if you kindly advice us,for stop harassment,due to our valuable cultivation land/plots are
acquired/utilised/spoild by Eastern Coalfields Limited,Mugma Area,under CMD,ECL,HQ,Sanctoria,PO:Dishergarh
District:Burdwan-713333 (WB) and not given any compensation benifit,land value,employment under Land loosers scheme and/or D.O.in lieu of Compensation,for which We was filed application before the Court but accidently Ld.Advocate not appear before the Court for which application have dispossed for non appearence,thereafter we filed several application before the ECL/CIL/Ministery of Coal and others including State Legal services Authority WB,for which State Legal Services Authority was passed an Order to release Compensation benifit,land value,employment etc.but so sorry to inform you that,the ECL Authority have submitted wrong report (due to wrong information was made by Mr Bimal Kumar Palit,the Assistant Manager-LRE,ECL,Mugma Area)thereafter we have submitted application to the President of India,Prime Minister of India
National Human Rights Commission,GOI,M/O Consumers Affairs,D/O Consumers Grievance Redressal Cell,and others (which are forwarded to M/O Coal,Government of India)thereafter the Under Secretary,GOI,M/O Coal
have forwarded a File (no:49029/25/2012-PRIW-I,Dated 26th November 2012)and directed (to the Chairman
cum Managing Director,ECL,HQ,Sanctoria) to release employment Order,Land Value/Compensation @Rs:5000/
per Decimal against land under Land Looser’s Scheme,The General Manager Planning,ECL,HQ,Sanctoria also
directed to the General Manager Mugma Area regarding release the above (vide Memo No:ECL/PLG/1671,dt:
29.10.13,but ECL Mugma Area do not care to pay any attention for the same manner,then further application
(for enquiery/inspection)was made addressed to above,for which President’s Secretariate Rashtra Pati Bhawan
Prime Minister’s Office,New Delhi,National Human Rights Commission New Delhi,GOI,M/O Consumers Affairs,
D/O Consumers Grievances Redressal Cell have forwarded the the same to M/O Coal,and which are forwarded
to the ECL,but so sorry to write you,ECL Mugma Area (Mr.Bimal Kumar Palit,Assistant Manager LRE,ECL)have
further submited wrong information report,for the same Mr.V.S.Rana,Under Secretary GOI,M/o Coal,directed
“You may take up with all facts to State Legal Services Authority.Threafter and further we have submitted several
complaint (through Portal for Public Grievances/ https://pgportal.gov.in) which are forwarded to ECL HQ,sanctoria,
to ECL Mugma Area,but Mr.Bimal Kumar Palit further submitted wrong information report,which are forwarded to
said department,this is for your kind information/necessery action.Under the above circumstances you are
requested to kindly take suitable steps to stop illegal activities of Mr.Bimal Kumar Palit (i.e.he is working in same
Department since long time) and give direction/advice/instruction to the applicant.Thanking you.
