Dear Sir,
I had purchased Philips HD9220/20 Low Fat Multi Cooker Air Fryer from Snapdeal through online on 22nd Dec 2014 & received on 2nd Jan 2015 in damaged condition.
We complained on same day to snapdeal along with required snaps. They agreed to arrange the reverse pickup for return the same in two days.
But still we did not get any positive response from Snapdeal. In between we have contact several times to Sanpdeal but they are only assuring we will send the courier person to collect the same for return.

Kindly follow the below instructions for return of the product.

1. Pack the product along with the invoice and the original brand packaging, and keep your product ready.

2. Please paste the return form which is already sent by Snapdeal through e-mail when you logged the request. This is MANDATORY. We will not be able to process the return request otherwise.

3. Your token number is 11143.

4. This token number will need to be conveyed to the courier personnel when they come for pick up. Note that the courier partner will come to pick up the item in the next 2-3 business days. Once the pickup is done and the product is received at our warehouse, we will initiate refund or replacement as per your preference. Please note that you do not have to pay any charges for getting the reverse pickup done.
