It is with immense pleasure that we introduce you to Kashmir Law College which has been established by the Shadab Educational Trust to impart quality legal education to meet the challenges of globalisation. Though there is a law department run by the Kashmir University, the Shadab Educational Trust took a bold decision to introduce the first Law College in the private sector in Srinagar City.
Kashmir Law College is located at Nowshera which is about 8 Kilometers away from the city centre Lal Chowk. The college is situated in close proximity to the Kashmir University and Institute of Medical Science, Soura. It has a beautiful campus spread over an area of 8 Kanals of land.
Kashmir Law College was found in the year 2005 and is one of the foremost centres of learning in the J&K State. It has maintained a steady progress in terms of academic growth and expansion. Further the college focuses on applied legal education which develops the frontiers of knowledge that is relevant to the students as practitioners in public institutions and society at large. The college was established with the objective to prepare the professionals who acquire the powers of clear thinking, accurate analysis and cogent expression.
The college offers quality legal education using rigorous multifaceted pedagogy with an effective interface with law to translate the mission into action.
