I Avinash Dhanendrakumar Surana, Has worked with Atra Pharmaceuticals Aurangabad from June 2013 to February 2014, in Quality Assurance Dept (Jr. Officer, IPQA). My CTC was 1.08 Lacs/ annum with Atra Pharmaceuticals. At the time of relieving company agreed to give me my full n final salary till the day I worked with your organization.
I have taken many times follow-up with HR, and accounts Person every time they say is has been not sanctioned till date. I request you to sanction my salary.
The account department debited two times Rs 1000 as fine, as it was for only one time to debit Rs. 1000. That also was going to be added in February salary.
I have waited for more than six months which much more than any company gives full and final settlement as per Factory Acts.
I believe that you will take all necessary actions to give me my salary.
