Gulbarga is Divisional Head Quarter. It is a historical city. This is on the main line (C.Rly) between Mumbai and Chennai. Two great Saints namely “Sri. Sharanabasaveshwar” and “Hajrat Khaja Banda Nawaj” lived in the city. Recently “Siddharth Buddha Vihar” is established which serves as a great tribute to Buddha, Basava & Ambedkar who struggled and dedicated their lives for the needy in the society.
The Hyderabad Karnataka Education Society was started in the year 1958 with a view to cater to the growing Educational needs of the people of this area and has established a complex of Educational Institutions. Seth Shankaralal Lahoti Law College was started in the year 1960 with a donation from an Industrialist Shri. Rameshchandra Lahoti in the sweet memory of his father. The college is located in a building nearby Railway Station.

Eligibility: Bachelor degree in Science, Arts, Commerce, BBA., BBM., BCA., Engineering or equivalents.
Duration of Course: 3 years (Six Semesters)
2. B.A. LL.B. – FIVE YEARS DEGREE COURSE (INTEGRATED)
Eligibility: PUC Science, Arts, Commerce, Equivalent to 10+2.
Duration of Course: 5 years (Ten Semesters)
