Format of Affidavit for Firm Ownership Transfer
I, _____ son of _____ R/o _____ at present _____ do hereby solemnly affirm and declare as under :-
1- That I have received a sum of _____/- (_____only) towards the full and final share of partnership firm i.e. _____ from the remaining partner _____ son of _____ R/o _____
2- That since from today I have no claim towards the said Shop consisting part of _____ and _____ has become proprietor of the said firm.
3- That I will be responsible for all the liabilities of any kind of the said firm till date and in future the remaining partner (now proprietor) _____ shall be responsible for the same.
4- That all the accounts of the said firm will be closed from today and if any is not closed then said _____ will be at a liberty to initiate any civil or criminal proceedings against me.
5- That I have handed over the possession of Shop consisting part of _____ to _____ and I will have no objection if said _____ uses the said premises for his proprietorship firm.
6- That I have executed this affidavit without any pressure or undue influence rather it is my sweet will and consent.
