Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned
Standing Counsel.
Prayer in this petition is for a direction to the respondent no.
1 to sanction the time pay scale as claimed by the petitioner.
Submission is that claim of the petitioner has already been
recommended by the letter of the authorities dated 6.2.2010
and 25.2.2010 and details in this respect is available with the
respondent no. 1 and if direction is given to take appropriate
decision within time bound frame then petitioner may get
justice.
In view of the aforesaid, we need not to go into the merits of
the claim of the petitioner and to express any opinion but at
the same time we are to dispose of the writ petition by giving
the following directions :
1. Petitioner is to file certified copy of this order along with
copy of the representation giving all the details which he
wants to place before the authorities so that it may be
convenient for the competent authority while taking decision.
2. On receipt of the move it will be concern of the competent
authority to take decision in accordance within shortest
possible time preferably within a period of six weeks from
the date of receipt of the move.
With the aforesaid observation writ petition stands disposed
of.
