                          J U D G M E N T

Petitioners approached this Court with certain grievances

regarding alleged pollution caused by Brahmapuram Diesel Power

Plant. In view of the intervening developments, in case the

petitioners have still any grievance left, they may approach the

second and third respondent, in which case, appropriate prompt

action in the matter will be taken within a period of another four

months.

This original petition is disposed of as above.
