withdraw the application bearing Cr. Misc. no.25844 of 2010 as against

petitioner no.2.

Permission is granted.

The application bearing Cr. Misc. no.25844 of 2010 is

dismissed as withdrawn as against petitioner no.2.

As prayed for, list these cases after a week.

In the meantime, no coercive steps shall be taken against the

petitioners in connection with Begusarai Town P.S. case no.86 of 2010

pending in the court of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Begusarai.
