                          JUDGMENT

The petitioner is the claimant in O.P.(MV)No.28 of 2005

of the Motor Accidents Claims Tribunal, Kollam. The

petitioner has been awarded compensation as per Ext.P1

award. The petitioner complains that the award amount

has not been paid by the respondent so far.

2. Adv.V.V.Nandagopal Nambiar who appears for the

respondent submits that the award amount would be paid

within a period of three months from today.

3. In the above circumstances, this writ petition is

disposed of directing the respondent to pay the amount

awarded and to satisfy the award in O.P.(MV)No.28/2005,

as expeditiously as possible and at any rate within a period

of three months from today.
