Pursuant
to the order passed by this Court on 13.10.2008 three Valuers are
personally present before the Court and they have submitted their
explanation with regard to the valuation done by them. They are,
however, requested to file short reply to the points raised by this
Court in order dated 13.10.2008.

The
Official Liquidator has not filed any reply in response to the order
passed by this Court on 13.10.2008. He is, therefore, directed once
again to file report with regard to the points raised by the Court in
the order dated 13.10.2008.
