passport, even temporarily, for the purpose of obtaining Visa to the
U.S.A. On pointed question being put, learned Advocate, Mr.
Prajapati, states that the applicant does not propose to go to the
U.S.A. In this set of circumstances, there is no need to obtain
Visa, at this stage. The application stands rejected.
