The limited prayer made in this writ petition is for a direction

to consider and dispose of Exhibit P3. Exhibit P3 is an application

for temporary permit pending consideration for the counter

signature for grant of a regular permit. Exhibit P3 is dated

12/12/2006.

2. In the facts and circumstances, there will be a direction

to consider and dispose of Exhibit P3 expeditiously by the

competent authority among the respondents on petitioner
