Heard. Despite several chances and
opportunities, the petitioner-student seems to have
failed to pay up the requisite fees in the second term of
the T.Y. B.Com. He did not even pay the feess for the
first term. In this view of the matter, the petition
deserves to be rejected and is accordingly rejected.
