Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner, the learned AGA and Mr. K.K.
Tewari for respondents no.3 and 4.
The detenue Smt. Akanksha Shukla @ Suhani Siddiqui and her parents are
present in the court. Admittedly the detenue is a major girl. She stated before
the Court that she has solemnized marriage with the petitioner no.2 Afzal
Hussain Siddiqui. In view of the fact that the petitioner happens to be a major
girl, no order is required to be passed in the matter. The detenu Akanksha
Shukla @ Suhani Siddiqui may go wherever she likes.
The Registrar of the Court is directed to ensure that a proper security is
provided to the detenue for her safe movement from the court premises.
The petition stands disposed of.
