learned advocate appearing for applicant and Mr.P.C.Kavina, learned
Senior Advocate appearing for Mr.Rahul K.Pandya, for the opponent

The matter is heard at
length and it is treated as final hearing. However, for the purpose
of deciding this matter records and proceedings are required, hence
Registry is directed to call for the records and proceedings from
the trial Court and see to it that they should reach to this Court
within one week from today. After perusing the records and
considering the submissions of the parties the Court will notify
this matter for order.
Till the matter is
notified for order the stay granted by the appellate Court is
extended.
