                                     JUDGMENT

Petitioner is faced with recovery proceedings against Ext.P5

demand notice dated 28.10.2008. Learned counsel for the petitioner

submits that Ext.P5 was received on 1.11.2008 and petitioner preferred

Ext.P6 on 6.11.2008.

2. I heard learned Government Pleader also.

The writ petition is disposed of directing the first respondent to

consider and take a decision on Ext.P6 in accordance with law within a

period of three weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this judgment.

No further steps will be taken except after a decision is taken on Ext.P6.
