02. 11.8.2011 Let Mr. J P Karn appear in this matter on behalf of

the Accountant General. He shall seek instruction as well as

produce the necessary objection which was raised by the office

of the Accountant General in matter of fixation of pension of

Shri Deo Narayan Jha and Brij Lal Prasad who are employees of

Irrigation Circle at Bhagalpur as would be evident from

Anneuxre-3 to the writ application.

Matter will come up in the same position after two

weeks.
