In the revised list none is present on behalf of the applicant to press this
application. With the help of learned AGA I have perused the record that the
order dated 02.06.2010 passed by the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate,
Aligarh in relation to Case Crime No. 620 of 2009 under Section 356 I.P.C.,
Police Station-Civil Lines, District-Aligarh. The said order does not suffer
any error of law.

This application is sans meritless and is accordingly dismissed.
