4 28.10.2010 A detail show cause has been filed today in

compliance of order dated 23rd September, 2010. However that

also does not appear to be satisfactory and order of the Court

remains to be complied with.

The learned Advocate General has appeared and

assured us that the matter shall be placed for final decision by the

State Cabinet in its next schedule. He prays for listing this matter

in the second week of December, 2010.

In view of aforesaid stand on behalf of the State, let

this matter be listed under the same heading on 14th December,

2010.
