V. Patel, learned counsel for respondents Nos.2 and 3 has apprised
the Court that the petitioner had filed Civil Application
No.8945/2010 for amendment, which was rejected by order dated
30.8.2010. Against the aforesaid order, the petitioner has preferred
Letters Patent Appeal No.12630/2010, which is pending.

In
view of the above, the petition may be listed after the decision of
the Division Bench in the above-mentioned Letters Patent Appeal.

The
learned counsel for the respective parties are permitted to move a
