                                     JUDGMENT

Petitioners are provisional drivers. The grievance of the

petitioners are articulated in Ext.P8, which is pending before the second

respondent. Petitioners rely on Ext.P7 order.

The writ petition is disposed of directing the second respondent

to consider and take a decision on Ext.P8 in accordance with law within a

period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this judgment.
