Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that petitioner
no.1 Shakti has died and petitioner no.2 does not want to press the petition
with liberty to raise all the points before the trial Court. Moreover, it is
submitted that order dated 26.3.2007 granting exemption to petitioner no.2
be allowed to continue.

In view of the above, petition stands dismissed as withdrawn
with the observation that order dated 26.3.2007 exempting the presence of
Ravinder Kumar, petitioner no.2 shall continue.

However, trial Court may call petitioner no.2 as and when
required.
