learned Senior Advocate Mr.K.G.Vakharia for petitioners and learned

for respondent No.1.

2. I have
considered the submissions made by both learned advocates. The
question involved and raised in present petition requires detailed
examination. Hence, Rule, returnable on 6.10.2010.

3. Meanwhile,
the order dated 25.3.2008 passed by this Court in respect to interim
relief shall remain continued till the matters are finally decided by
this Court, subject to clarification made by this Court on 6.8.2010.
