The order dated 21.1.2008 passed by this
Court in Cr. Misc. Petition No. 489/2007.
Learned counsel for the petitioner has moved
an application that in the said order
inadvertently by wrong typing the petitioner
was directed to deposit Rs.500/- p.m. during
the course of trial, but instead of petitioner
the word respondent should have been mentioned
as the petitioner is wife who claimed
maintenance from her husband Khuma Ram i.e.
respondent.
The entire order was gone through and
instead of petitioner the word respondent
should have been there, as the relief was
claimed by the petitioner against the
respondent. The petitioner could not have been
directed to deposit money but she should have
received this money from her husband, so the

word occurred at Page No.2 that instead of
petitioner the word respondent should be read
and total sentence would be respondent is
directed to deposit Rs.500/- p.m. during the
course of trial.
Accordingly, the misc. application is
disposed of.
