Sri Sanjay Singh, learned counsel for the applicant is present for the accused
applicant-Toofani @ Tailora and learned AGA for the State.

The Second Bail Application has been filed on behalf of the accused applicant
while the First Bail Application No. 1340 of 2008 is pending.

The applicant Toofani @ Tailor was required vide order dated 12.3.2010 to
file the name and address of the person who had filed the affidavit in support
of the Second Bail Application No. 12988 of 2009.

Sri V.K. Dwivedi, learned counsel for the applicant wants time to furnish the
information as required by the Court.
