It   is   contended   by   learned   counsel   for   the   applicant   that   the   date   of 
service of notice has not been mentioned in the complaint.
Issue notice to O.P. No. 2 returnable within four weeks.
Considering   the   facts,   it   is   directed   that   the   further   proceedings   of 
complaint case No. 6186 of 2008 under sections 138 N.I. Act pending in 
the court of learned Metropolitan Magistrate­X, Kanpur Nagar shall remain 
stayed till the next date of listing.
